GON LO MEIN 
1/2 lb. char sui (chicken, beef, whatever)
2 boxes Chinese refrigerator noodles
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame seed
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 pkg. bean sprouts or chop sui mix
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced

Mix, bake in 9 x 13 pan, uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
