HAWAIIAN SESAME SHRIMP 
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. med. shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Toast sesame seeds until golden brown. Heat oils in a heavy pan over high heat. Add shrimp, green onion, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir fry for 1 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce and stir. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot. Serves 8.
