1 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and bake in unbaked pie shell at 350°F for about 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
