VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can French style string beans, drained
1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 jar pimentos
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onions, cut sm.

Mix all vegetables together.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing together and bring to a boil making sure sugar is dissolved. Cool, pour over vegetables.

SALAD FOR SMALLER AMOUNT:

1 (8 oz.) can French style string beans
1 (8 oz.) can peas
1/2 c. celery
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 (8 oz.) can corn
1/2 c. onion
1/2 jar pimentos

DRESSING:

1/3 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing together and bring to a boil making sure sugar is dissolved. Cool, pour over vegetables.
