TURKEY-RICE CASSEROLE | |
3 cans cream soups - chicken, mushroom and celery 4 1/4 c. liquid (light cream and milk) 1 can chicken gravy 1 tsp. instant onion 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 lg. pkg. slivered almonds At least 4 c. cut up turkey or chicken (1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Louis Rich turkey breast) 4 c. minute rice 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. Accent Mix soups, gravy, liquids and seasonings and keep mixture overnight to bring out the flavors. Combine this sauce with rice, turkey (or chicken) and almonds, in layers. Bake mixture for about 30 minutes, covered, at 350 degrees. |
