DUMPLINGS (SPAETZLE) 
3 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Combine milk, eggs, salt. Mix in flour. Blend to make batter. Drop batter into boiling water half teaspoon at a time. Remove from water when dumplings float to top (about 5 minutes).
