SWEET SOUR MUSTARD 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
3 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water

In small saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and dry mustard. Add vinegar and water. Stir and heat over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Stir a few more minutes until thickened. Cool and store in refrigerator. Makes 1 1/4 cups. No cholesterol.
