CURRIED FRUIT 
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. curry powder
6 canned peach halves
6 canned pear halves
6 cherries
6 chunks pineapple

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and curry powder and stir until smooth. Arrange peaches and pears in oven-proof casserole. Put a pineapple chunk in each peach and one cherry in each pear. Pour sauce over fruit. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
