1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. chili sauce or ketchup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Spread over 1/2 hamburger bun thinly (about 1-2 tablespoons). Broil under broiler until meat is done. Can be made in advance. Broil when the gang arrives.
