NO COOK RASPBERRY JAM | |
3 1/3 c. (3 - 10 oz. boxes) frozen raspberries 1 c. water 1 box powdered fruit pectin 5 c. sugar In large bowl, crush frozen raspberries. In small pan, mix powdered fruit pectin with water. Bring to a boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add fruit and sugar. Stir 1 minute. Ladle quickly into glasses or freezer containers. Cover at once. Let stand 24 hours. Refrigerate or freeze. Makes 9 medium glasses. Great for Christmas gifts. |
