1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients in blender or mixer. Pour into ungreased 10-inch pie pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
