BUTTERMILK COFFEE BREAD 
1 c. oil
4 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. buttermilk
4 tsp. baking soda
8 c. flour

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Pour 1 cup of batter in each of 4 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle one half of the topping mixture over the batter. Pour rest of batter in the pans and then add rest of the topping. Swirl through the batter with a knife. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 1 hour. (Keeps indefinitely in the freezer.)
