PORK CHOPS AND PINEAPPLE 
4 loin pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 c. Karo white syrup
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Mix salt, pepper and flour to coat pork chops. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook 20 minutes or until tender. Remove chops, drain off fat.

In skillet stir in pineapple chunks in own juice, white syrup, lemon juice, ketchup, stirring occasionally, boil 25 minutes until reduced by half. Add green pepper, cook 1 minute. Pour over pork chops and serve with noodles or rice.
