CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. seedless green grape, halved
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

In large bowl, combine mayonnaise or dressing, lime juice, salt, and nutmeg. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Chill. Serve on Lettuce leaves. Refrigerate leftovers.
