8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 egg yolk 1 stick butter, melted Sugar with cinnamon White sandwich bread, crust removed and rolled with rolling pin Let cream cheese stand until room temperature. Mix in egg yolk, spread on bread and roll. Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar. Freeze. When serving, cut into 2 or 3 slices and bake in 350 degree oven until brown. If not freezing, set in refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. |
