FRENCH TOAST (OVEN TOAST) 
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. Egg Beaters (4 eggs)
3/4 c. orange juice
10 slices bread

Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Add orange juice to beaten eggs and dip bread slices in the mixture. Arrange slices in pan, over melted butter.

Bake at 400 degrees - 20 minutes or until set. Serve with syrup if desired. Serves 6 to 8. (This is a good company recipe, even the cook can sit down and eat with the family.)

If possible, use raisin or cinnamon bread. No need to add any butter or syrup. Even tastes good cold.
