PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl, except oil. Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients using mixer, then gradually add oil a little at a time. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
