STIR FRY 
Pork or chicken
Canned bamboo
Zucchinni
Carrots
24 snow peas
Onion roots
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt

Slice the pork about an inch long and very thin. Slice bamboo very thin. Then slice the zucchinni. Cook snow peas whole. Onion slice in small pieces. Use 2 teaspoons of animal oil. Cook until almost done, then put 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1 cup water. First cook the meat until almost ready, then add all the vegetables and the salt and pepper.
