HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS 
4 med. potatoes, peeled
Vegetable oil
Imitation butter flavored salt

Slice potatoes into very thin slices. Place in ice water until all are sliced. Drain potatoes and pat dry. Heat 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees in a large skillet. Fry potatoes, small amount at a time, 2 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt. Yields 6-8 servings.
