FRIED SQUASH 
1 lg. squash, cut into round, thin slices
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
Pepper to taste
Flour

Mix eggs, milk, seasoned salt and pepper. Dip each squash slice in mix. Then roll in flour. Drop each slice in hot cooking oil and cook until golden brown. (I only slice squash, salt, pepper and roll in flour and cook in oil.)
