SMOTHERED LIVER 
6 slices bacon
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
Garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 slices med. sliced liver

Fry bacon slices until crisp, when done remove from pan. Put onions and green pepper in tablespoon of oil and cook until almost done - remove. Flour slices of liver and place in pan, brown quickly and remove. Place green peppers, onions on liver slices and bacon on top. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons flour with 1 1/2 cups water, stir in pan, mixing well. Beef bouillon can be added for flavor, simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
