CREOLE LIVER 
4 slices bacon, diced
1 lb. calf's liver
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. green pepper, diced
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chili powder

Saute bacon until crisp. Remove and set to drain. Dredge in flour and brown in bacon fat. Add diced bacon and other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
