EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) container of frozen whipped cream, thawed
Fresh strawberries to garnish

Beat cheese until smooth, beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Blend well. Spoon into crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with berries.
