EGG ROLLS 
Small to medium head cabbage, chopped
2 chicken breasts
2 carrots, shredded
3 mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cooking wine/sherry
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers

Chop and cook chicken in skillet until almost done. Add cabbage, carrots, sugar, cooking wine, stir fry until tender. When almost done add mushrooms. Fill wrappers and deep fry.
