EGG ROLL 
30-40 roll wrappers

1/4 cabbage, shredded 1/4 lb. shrimp 1/4 lb. hamburger 1/8 lb. ground pork Raisins, optional Onions Garlic Soy sauce Pepper to taste

Saute garlic and onions. Add meat, then shrimp; set aside. Saute vegetables and raisins. Just before it is done well, add the meat and add soy sauce according to taste.

Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of these fillings for each wrapper. Roll and fry.

I use hamburger most of the time.

Note: Use your imagination on ingredients.
