SCALLOPED MUSHROOMS 
3 lb. mushrooms, washed and trimmed
1/2 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
3 c. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos

1. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender.

2. Add cream and simmer until liquid is reduced.

3. Stir in cheese and salt.

4. Pour into shallow casserole dish.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
