SAUSAGE TORTELLINI SOUP 
1-1 1/2 lbs. hot sausage
3 cans beef broth
3 cans water
1 chopped onion
1 lg. carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini

Remove sausage meat from skin; brown sausage loosely. Place sausage in crockpot with beef broth, water, onions, carrots, celery. Simmer for several hours. Cook up cheese tortellini. Cook according to package directions. Add to broth; simmer another 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
