TORTELLINI SOUP 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. butter
2 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken or beef broth
8 oz. frozen or fresh cheese tortellini
1 (15 oz.) can chopped spinach, undrained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained & cut up
Grated Parmesan cheese

In large saucepan, cook garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes more. Serve with cheese.
