CHEESE - SAUSAGE DIP | |
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 lbs. sausage (browned, well drained & crumbled) 1 jar pimento, drained Heat Velveeta and evaporated milk on low in crock pot until Velveeta is melted. Stir in crumbled sausage. Add pimento. Stir to mix well. Serving Suggestions: Breakfast/Brunch - serve with snack crackers (Triscuits). Snack - use as a dip for nacho chips. May be reheated as needed in microwave. |
