JUST-MY-SIZE PIZZAS 
Shortening
1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/4 c. sliced pitted black olives
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cooks note: You add or minus toppings.

Turn the oven to 425 degrees. Put some shortening on a piece of waxed paper or paper towel. Spread the shortening over the baking sheet. Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Use the kitchen scissors or pizza cutter to cut the dough in half. Then cut each half into 6 rectangles. Separate the rectangles on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

Spoon pizza sauce over each rectangle. Use the back of the spoon to spread the sauce over the dough. Top with pepperoni, olives, and green pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
