ZIPPY BEEF-OLIVE SPREAD 
1 tsp. instant onion
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) smoked beef, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

In small container, combine instant onion and water; set aside. Soften the cream cheese. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Using the back of a wooden spoon, blend thoroughly. Chill for several hours, then enjoy! (Served on Ritz crackers is my favorite.)
