1 c. flour
1/4 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tsp. food coloring
1 tbsp. cooking oil

In medium pot combine flour, salt and cream of tartar. In separate bowl combine water, food coloring and oil. Stir into flour mixture. Cook over medium heat and stir about 3 to 5 minutes. When mix forms a ball in the center of the pot, turn it out and knead on lightly floured surface. This will keep indefinitely in airtight container in refrigerator.
