PORK AND CABBAGE 
4 pork chops
1 med. cabbage
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil
1-2 cloves garlic OR 1 med. onion

Brown garlic (or onion) in oil, then remove or, if onion is used instead, saute until tender. Add pork chops which have been cut into strips and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until brown. Add enough water to cover meat and cook covered until meat is tender.
