PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1 pkg. yeast
4 1/2 c. plain flour

Combine water, yeast, salt and sugar. Gradually add flour to make soft ball. Let rise 1 hour. Makes 2 large pizzas. Place the soft ball in a greased bowl, grease top and cover.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomato paste
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1 tsp. sugar

Mix well. Spread sauce over crust. Add desired toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
