POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
1 stack Ritz crackers
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 chicken breasts, cooked & deboned
2 tbsp. poppyseeds

Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and poppy seed. Layer crushed crackers, sour cream mix, chicken, sour cream mix and top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
