LOW CAL DIP 
1 c. low calorie mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 tsp. mixed salad herbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. capers, drained

Blend all ingredients. Serve as vegetable dip. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
