CHINESE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix and cook until thick; 3 minutes. Pour over crisp cooked vegetables in large frying pan. Toss to mix; cover. Simmer 5 to 8 minutes until tender. Makes 1 1/2 cups; enough for 6 cups vegetables or pour over chicken or pork.
