ANGEL FOOD CAKE ICE CREAM PIE | |
Angel food cake (21 oz. size) 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade, thawed 16 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed Break cake into cubes in a large bowl and mix with ice cream. Pack mix in two 9 inch pie plates. Pour 3 ounces of lemonade (undiluted) over each pie. Freeze until ready to serve. When serving, spoon strawberries over each piece. Serves 16. |
