CHICKEN BREAST AND RICE 
6 or 8 chicken breast, salted and buttered
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt

Place rice in buttered casserole dish. Mix soups, salt and water. Pour mixture over rice. Lay chicken on top. Bake uncovered for 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees.
