MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger (lean)
1/2 c. long grain rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 chopped green pepper
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1 can water

Mix meat, onion, rice, salt and green pepper. Form in balls; brown in sprayed fry pan. Drain off any fat. Add soup and water; simmer on top of stove or in the oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
