PESTO 
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thaw and drain
2 garlic cloves
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. almonds (2.5 oz.) depending on preference
Parsley - approximately 1 handful (fresh)
1 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Process the above ingredients in food processor or blender. Serve over pasta.
