FRESH STRAWBERRY OR PEACH
DESSERT
 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pack graham crackers
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pt. whipping cream
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. strawberry or peach Jello
2 c. hot water
Fresh peaches or fresh strawberries

Crust: Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Place in 9x13 pan. Add butter and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling: Whip the whipping cream. In a separate bowl, mix together Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add whipped whipping cream and mix well. Spread filling on top of crust.

Top: Place sliced peaches or strawberries on filling. Make Jello using only 2 cups hot water. After slightly thickened, pour over fresh fruit. Chill until served. 16 servings.
