PIEROGIE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. lasagna noodles 2 lbs. potatoes 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. parsley 1 c. chopped onion Cook noodles; set aside. Cook potatoes; drain and mash smooth. Combine potatoes and cheese, 1/4 cup melted butter, and parsley. Beat until fluffy. In a well buttered 8 x 12 inch baking pan, layer noodles, then potato mix. End with layer of noodles. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. A few minutes before serving, saute onions with butter and top casserole. |
