MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper or green chilies
1/2 pkg. (1 1/4 oz. pkg.) taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 c. water
4 flour tortillas (7 or 8 inches in diameter)
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. broken corn chips
1 c. sour cream

Crumble meat in a skillet, add onino and green pepper. Cook unitl brown. Mix in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, tomato paste, olives and water. Cook until bubbly.

Place 2 tortillas on bottom of a 12x7 baking dish. Top with half the meat mixture, then half of each of the cheeses. Repeat with tortillas, then beef mixture.

Heat in a 350 degree oven for about 30 to 45 minutes. Top with rest of cheese then chips, let melt. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Top each piece with a dollop of sour cream.
