FRANKFURT STEW 
6 med. sized diced potatoes
1 med. sized diced onion
1 lb. sliced franks, about 1/4 inch thick
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lg. can string beans or peas
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 lg. bay leaf

Place ingredients in good size pot, except for the string beans. Put water about 3 inches above contents of pot and boil. It only takes about 20 to 25 minutes. When all cooked, add can of string beans, salt and pepper to taste. Makes 8 good servings.
