1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Karo syrup
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
4 1/2 c. oatmeal
4 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. M & M's
1/2 to 1 c. nuts (chopped)

Cream brown sugar, white sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, Karo syrup, soda and peanut butter. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well by hand.
