CHEESY CORN BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. milk
6 oz. sharp American cheese, cut up
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
3 oz. diced ham

In large saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour and garlic powder, add milk all at once and cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in cheeses and cook on low heat until melted. Stir in corn and ham. Transfer to 2-quart casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
