PASTA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. rainbow rotini noodles
1 sm. green sweet pepper
2 c. broccoli
1 sm. onion
1 grated carrot
1 c. sliced pepperoni
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Italian dressing

Cook pasta, blanch and cool. Combine all ingredients with dressing. Cover and let sit overnight. Garnish with green olives and Parmesan.
