LEMON SNOW BARS 
Crust:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix on low speed until blended. Pat into ungreased 8 inch square baking pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown on edges.

Filling:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Prepare filling while crust is cooking by mixing all ingredients on high speed. Pour filling over partially baked crust.

Bake again for 18-20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
