FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. (46 oz.) can apricot nectar
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
4 lg. bananas, sliced
2 cans chunk or crushed pineapple
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
2 boxes frozen strawberries (need not thaw)

Use all juices. Boil the sugar, water and 1 cup nectar. Let cool and add all other ingredients. Freeze in cake pan or individual cups. Take out of freezer about 1/2 hour before serving. This also can be used as a dessert.
